Genia Business recognizes the importance of privacy. The present Privacy Policy is valid for all products, services, and websites offered by Genia Business S.r.l. or its subsidiaries and affiliates; hereinafter simply referred to as "services" Genia Business.

Genia Business adheres to the privacy principles established by the Italian government and the European Community regarding information, choices, transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement.

USE OF DATA COLLECTED BY GENIA BUSINESS
In order to offer the complete range of our services, we may collect the following types of information:

Data provided by the user - When a user registers for a Genia Business account or signs up for another Genia Business service or promotion, we ask them to provide their personal data (for example, name, email address, and account password). Some services may require the credit card number or other payment information for the account that will not be recorded or stored by our system. We may combine the data that the user submits through their account with information from other Genia Business services or third parties in order to make navigation easier and improve the quality of our services.

User communications - When the user sends emails or other communications to Genia Business, Genia Business may retain such communications in order to process and fulfill the user's requests and improve its services.

Genia Business services affiliated on other sites - Some of our services are offered on other websites or through other websites. It is possible that the personal data provided to such sites may be sent to Genia Business to enable the provision of the service. Other applications - Genia Business may make available through its services applications from third parties. Other sites - The present Privacy Policy is valid only for Genia Business services. We have no control over sites that include applications, products, or services from Genia Business. Genia Business processes personal data only for the purposes described in the present Privacy Policy. In addition to those already mentioned above, such purposes include:

  • offering our services to users, including the publication of advertisements and personalized content;

  • ensuring the technical functioning of our network;

  • safeguarding the rights or property of Genia Business and its users;

  • developing new services.


Genia Business processes personal data on its servers, located in Italy and other countries. In some cases, the processing of personal data may occur on a server located outside the user's country of residence. We reserve the right to process personal data in order to provide our services. In some cases, we may process personal data on behalf of third parties, such as our advertising partners, and in accordance with the instructions provided to us by them.

Options available for personal data
Genia Business is committed to not collecting or using sensitive data for purposes other than those described in the present Privacy Policy.

Browsing Data
